About the role
Are you ready to turn data into meaningful insights that drive real impact? SA Power Networks is looking for a Customer Data & Insights Analyst to help us better understand and serve our customers. Reporting to the Customer Analytics Manager, you’ll use advanced analytics, innovative technologies, and your expertise in data to uncover valuable insights. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll enhance self-service reporting, improve data governance, and design engaging visualisations that make data accessible and actionable across the business.

About you
Your skills and experience will include:

A degree in Information Technology, Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience.

Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI.

Expertise in data visualisation design, leveraging corporate reporting and analytics tools to deliver impactful insights.

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentational) to effectively engage with stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.

Advanced analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently while driving results.
