About the role
As an Electrical Tradesperson, you'll deliver customer and network electrical services, including customer connections, emergency response, reconnections and disconnections, fault investigations, and electrical work in line with AS/NZS3000 requirements.
You'll play an important role in supporting customers and helping maintain a safe, reliable electricity network across South Australia.
Based out of our Mount Gambier Depot this role offers the successful applicant a work vehicle and ongoing training and development opportunities.

About you
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Essential:

  • Electrical Trade Certificate
  • Current Electrical Workers Registration
  • Current South Australian Driver's Licence (Class C)
  • Commercial and residential electrical installation experience
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to operational field requirements

Desirable

  • Experience undertaking emergency response electrical work
  • Experience investigating electrical faults, electrical shocks and voltage complaints
  • Knowledge of AS/NZS3000 standards and requirements
  • Experience working within a utility, electrical distribution or related industry environment
