About the Role
Following the success of our recent Powerline for Electricians training program, SA Power Networks have an exciting opportunity at our Cleve depot for a qualified Electrician to take their career to new heights and become qualified Powerline Worker.
Our Accelerated Training Program offers comprehensive, on-the-job training leading to a Certificate III in ESI - Distribution Overhead.
Working within a supportive and dynamic team you’ll develop the technical skills and knowledge required to construct, maintain and operate South Australia’s electricity distribution network.  
With our in-house training being delivered across our two training centres, we take the burden out of any travel required for the intermittent training courses, by providing LAFHA, fleet vehicles and accommodation where needed to support your journey of learning and development. 

Start Date: 16th of March 2026.

About you
Your skills and experience will include:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology 
  • Electrical Workers Licence  
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency 
  • Current Australian driver’s licence 
  • EWP, White Card, First Aid and Rigging / Dogging (desirable)
