Position Overview:

SA Power Networks is seeking a Learning Design & Compliance Manager to oversee the comprehensive design, development, and compliance of our learning initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creation and continuous enhancement of learning frameworks that align with legislative, industry, and organisational standards.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our training programs are not only effective but also compliant with the latest regulatory and enterprise requirements. By integrating digital learning strategies and managing curriculum development, you will ensure that our learning offerings meet the needs of our workforce while supporting the organisations objectives.

In addition to leading the development of learning content and compliance strategies, you will establish and maintain governance frameworks. This includes implementing decision-making processes for learning requests, managing risks, and measuring the impact of training programs on overall business performance. Your collaborative

approach will enable you to engage with internal stakeholders, such as the Learning Design and Delivery Manager and the People and Culture function, to ensure alignment and compliance across all training initiatives.

 

What You Bring:

To excel in this role, you will possess tertiary qualifications in Education or a related business discipline, along with a minimum of three years of senior management experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge in learning and compliance standards, as well as expertise in curriculum development and risk management, will be essential. You will be an established leader with a track record of bringing high performing teams together and remaining focused on outcomes.

Strong communication and leadership skills, combined with a proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning integration, are also key attributes we are looking for.
