About the role
The Organisational Capability team is seeking applications for a Learning Design & Compliance Manager to join the team.
The Learning Design & Compliance Manager plays a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the end-to-end design, development, and compliance of all learning and development initiatives at SA Power Networks. The role drives continuous enhancement of learning frameworks, oversees the development of digital learning strategies, manages curriculum development, governs learning requests, manages risks and measures the impact of training programs ensuring that all learning initiatives deliver measurable value.
As part of their commitment to continuous improvement the Learning Design & Compliance Manager also actively scans the external environment for emerging trends in learning, specifically those relating to the use of technology or ways to engage learners, for us to adopt at SA Power Networks.

About you
You are someone that enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and driving organisational outcomes. In addition, to be successful you will need the following:
- Degree in Education or business-related discipline, or equivalent level of experience.
- Experience in a senior management training role within a large complex organisation (ideally in a technical environment).
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of curriculum frameworks.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience with a track record of developing strong business partnering relationships and influencing key decision makers.
- Significant experience as a senior leader within a medium-sized operational business.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
