This is an opportunity to join a future-focused Finance Services department, with a strong purpose and willingness to invest back in you. 

Finance Services are seeking a Senior Analyst Planning and Reporting (P&R) to join their team in a permanent capacity.

The newly created role of Senior Analyst Planning & Reporting reports into the Manager Planning & Reporting, but has several other stakeholders within Finance Services and the broader business.

This is a key role for the delivery of management reporting and insight, as well as budgeting and forecasting across operating and capital projects, portfolios and departments.

 

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Business Relationship Management to ensure robust and value-add processes of budgeting, forecasting and reporting across portfolios and business units
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring reporting is fit-for-purpose (Power BI), processes used to deliver objectives are efficient and effective, and the implementation of a new budgeting and forecasting tool is seamless.
  • Work with Finance Shared Services in ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely month-end-processes.
  • Financial management and governance of operating and capital projects, portfolios and business units.
  • Deliver analysis and insights into financial performance against budgets and forecasts across operating and capital activities.

 

About you

  • You are a motivated and enthusiastic individual that enjoys working in a high performing team and is constantly looking for progress and improvements.
  • Your strong communication and collaborative business partnering skills will see you succeed in this role focused on stakeholder engagement.
  • CA/CPA qualification or in progress.
  • You have demonstrated ability in the formulation and management of budgets and forecasts, and to perform financial evaluation and analysis of operating expenditure and capital programs.
