Your journey
Our Digital & Technology Graduate Development Program commencing in February 2027 offers rotations across a range of teams, giving you a strong foundation as you begin your career. You’ll also have access to a wide range of professional development opportunities such as creative problem-solving, negotiation, leadership, and diversity in the workplace. These are just examples, with the program designed to be flexible and tailored to the evolving needs and priorities of each graduate cohort.
By the end of the two‑year program, you’ll have a clearer sense of what you enjoy, where your strengths lie, and how you want to shape your future. You’ll have the chance to test ideas, contribute to meaningful work and experience the satisfaction of seeing your efforts make a real impact, all while having plenty of fun along the way.
Degrees/Disciplines sought
We welcome applicants with studies in technology‑focused fields, including IT, cyber security, information management, computer science, or data science. You must have completed your degree within the past 12 months or be on track to finish before the program commences in February 2027.

This role offers a starting annual base wage of $115,769.10 plus 13% superannuation. Our pay grade and classification information can be found in the Utilities Management Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement available online.

What are the eligibility criteria?
All applicants must:
-
Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline within the past 12 months or be on track to graduate before the program commences.

Hold unrestricted authority to work in Australia for the duration of the program, such as Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa that permits full-time work without restrictions.

Be willing to participate in aptitude testing, face‑to‑face interviews and/or an assessment centre as part of the selection process.

Be willing to undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) and a police check.
