Your journey
Our Graduate Development Program, starting in February 2026, includes rotations across various teams, such as Strategy, Innovation, Growth, and Regulation. This provides an excellent foundation to support your career development. As a bonus, you can also choose to undertake a project management qualification. You’ll also benefit from professional development courses, such as creative problem solving, negotiation, leadership, and diversity in the workplace.
At the end of your two-year program, you will have gained a deeper understanding of your strengths and interests. You will have the opportunity to explore new ideas, experience the satisfaction of achieving success, and enjoy a rewarding and engaging journey throughout the process.

Attractive salary of $110,783.83 per annum + superannuation.
2 year fixed-term contract, with potential for ongoing work within the business.
13% superannuation (1% above current legislated employer contributions).

Eligibility criteria
All applicants must:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in economics or a related commercial discipline (e.g., finance, commerce) with a strong understanding of economic theory.
Have completed their degree within the past three years or be on track to graduate by the program's commencement in 2026.
Possess the legal right to work in Australia.
Be prepared to undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) and a police check.
Be willing to participate in the recruitment process, which includes online video interviews, face-to-face interviews, and psychometric testing.
