About the role

SA Power Networks is seeking an Injury Management Administrator to join the Safety, Wellbeing & Environment Team in People & Culture on a 2 year Fixed-Term contract.

Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager within the Safety, Wellbeing and Environment Team, the Injury Management Administrator will undertake a broad range of specialised administrative support tasks and activities which contribute to the efficient operation of the department.

Overseeing the administration of the departments’ processes, systems and record keeping to a high standard will be an integral part of success.

 

The role offers the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and gain experience by supporting the Injury Management and Return to Work Coordinator as required. A great opportunity for someone seeking to progress their career journey into Injury & Claims Management.

About you

  • Certificate III in Business Administration &/or relevant experience.
  • Strong administration experience, with ability to manage and organise tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in invoicing &/or procurement processes, including booking and ordering goods and services.
  • Proficient with use of systems, data entry and accurate record keeping.
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and management skills, enabling the successful achievement of desired outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and creating working procedures will be highly regarded.
  • Drivers licence (Class C).
