About the opportunity:

In this role, you will manage the Leadership Blueprint, refining it to align with organisational goals and evolving leadership needs. You’ll evaluate leadership programs, design induction programs for new leaders, and coordinate mentoring and coaching initiatives to support leadership succession and mitigate experience risk.

As the Leadership Development and Talent Program Lead, you will collaborate with leaders to implement tailored talent solutions that address current and future needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled leadership. You will also manage mentoring programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth, contributing to a robust leadership culture within the organisation.

 

What You Bring:

You'll will have significant experience designing and delivering programs that enhance leadership capability and employing evaluation techniques for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be experienced in managing induction programs for new leaders and coordinate mentoring initiatives for succession planning. Your expertise will include redefining talent programs to identify high-potential individuals and collaborating with external partners on impactful leadership programs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential for engaging with Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
