About the role
SA Power Networks is inviting applications for a Program Director – CX Transformation to join the Customer & Strategy team on a 5-year fixed-term basis.
Reporting to the Chief Customer & Strategy Officer and in close partnership with the Head of Customer Experience and Head of Enterprise Delivery, the role will lead a multi-million-dollar customer transformation program involving the upgrade of SA Power Networks’ core customer technologies, including its CRM, website, and customer notification system.
This role will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent project streams to deliver a complex organisational and technological transformation program. It will play a pivotal role in ensuring SA Power Networks’ services are customer-centric and aligned with the broader strategic goals of the company. The successful candidate will be highly experienced and demonstrate a collaborative mindset and outcome-focused approach.

About you
We are seeking applications from people who:
Hold qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field, with extensive experience in leading large-scale transformational programs.
Have a proven track record of managing complex multi-system replacements with interdependencies, particularly within regulated, customer-focused industries.
Have experience delivering a range of programs using Agile methodology.
Are highly collaborative people leaders with a drive for excellence and a customer-centric focus.
Demonstrate complex problem-solving, change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting proposals and recommendations to influence and drive outcomes across a range of functions.
Are resilient, adaptable and accountable.
