About the role

As the Standards Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems and processes that provide visibility, prioritisation, and management of works pipelines. This role is critical in enabling transparency across the organisation, ensuring alignment with broader asset management objectives, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will act as the system owner, collaborating with leadership and management to ensure the works management system meets operational needs, reflects organisational priorities, and delivers actionable insights. Your work will directly contribute to optimising outputs, streamlining processes, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in works management systems or asset management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage feedback and queries effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering value to stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and support team members to achieve organisational objectives.
