About the role
As a Project Support Officer, you'll provide administrative and project support services that help ensure the successful delivery of projects and services across our Customer Solutions team. Working closely with leaders, project teams, customers and external service providers, you'll coordinate activities, manage project documentation, support reporting, and help keep projects on track and running efficiently.
You'll play a key part in supporting the delivery of customer and network solutions, helping us provide reliable services and positive outcomes for customers and communities across South Australia.
Reporting to the Energy Services Manager, this role offers the opportunity to build broad business knowledge, develop project coordination skills and contribute to a diverse range of operational and customer-focused initiatives.

- Relevant skills and knowledge gained through administration, project support or coordination experience.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, with the ability to work autonomously, take ownership and proactively support team and project outcomes.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting project delivery, reporting, documentation management or business administration functions.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, SharePoint or similar business systems.
- Experience working in a utilities, infrastructure, customer service or project-based environment.
