SA Power Networks has an exciting opportunity for a Powerline Apprentice based in Port Lincoln, commencing July 2024.

Eligibility:

All applicants must:

• be Australian citizens or permanent residents;
• be proficient in English, and possess sound numeracy and mechanical reasoning skills;
• have completed Year 11 or equivalent; and
• hold a current Australian driver’s licence (full or probationary).

Our ideal candidates for an Apprenticeship will have a strong work ethic, a team-first mentality and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality and our customers.

Applications close Wednesday 8 May 2024.

If shortlisted, applicants will need to participate in the following:

• Online aptitude testing;
• Interviews (online and face to face);
• Heights and Dexterity testing; and     
• Pre-employment background checks including medical, driving history and criminal history check.

Applicants will need to be available for interviews at the local SA Power Networks depot in late May.
