About you
You are an experienced and collaborative process professional who can quickly understand how work happens across teams, identify where improvements will add value and bring people on the journey. You communicate clearly, facilitate effectively and are able to turn complexity into practical actions that improve business outcomes.
You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, challenging current ways of working constructively and supporting the implementation of improvements that are adopted and sustained by the business.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience analysing and improving complex end-to-end processes, rather than isolated activities, ideally gained over five or more years.
- Strong Lean and continuous improvement capability, with proven practical application in a business environment.
- Systems thinking, with the ability to understand broader workflows, interdependencies and upstream and downstream impacts across L1–L4 process views.
- Strong complex problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity, competing priorities and processes that cross departmental boundaries.
- Confidence bringing diverse stakeholders together, building alignment and drawing out business knowledge in environments with varying levels of process management maturity.
- A change mindset that recognises sustainable process improvement goes beyond mapping and requires attention to adoption, governance, behaviours, capability and implementation.
Essential:
- Degree in an appropriate discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- Significant experience in the application of process improvement methodologies and principles.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification, with Green Belt certification desirable.
