The Opportunity

As a critical member of the Workplace Relations and Advisory team, the Workplace Relations Lead is responsible for providing strategy, advice, and assistance on industrial and employee relation matters across SA Power Networks and Enerven. The role will be integral to the development and tactical implementation of key elements of the Enterprise Agreement (EA) strategy, ensuring effective project management of key EA deliverables, and the provision of specialist industrial advise and dispute resolution services across the business. Other aspects of the role will involve project management of a number of HR projects of significant importance to the business.

 

About you

Applications are encouraged from those with experience with providing strategic and tactical advice on industrial relations working in a large complex organisation with a diverse workforce. An influential leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and solid knowledge of the IR legislative framework will be key qualities for success in this position. The incumbent will have project management skills, resilience and adaptability with experience presenting advice and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels to influence successful outcomes.
