About the role

Procurement and Shared Services is seeking a Business Services Officer to join their Marleston North Team on a 12-month fixed term full time contract. Based at Marleston North depot, the role will undertake a broad range of administrative support tasks and activities which contribute to the efficient operation of the work group and depot.

 

Key areas of responsibility include: 

 

  • Accurate entry of time data including allowances
  • Accurate and timely booking, recording and reporting of training to ensure compliance with National and SA Power Networks requirements.
  • Administrative support for safety meetings
  • Ensure accurate bookings, ordering and payments of goods and services.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping (eg, archiving, electronic and hard copy filing).

About you

  • Prior relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Competent skills in utilising designated IT software e.g. MS Office suite, SAP
  • Driver’s Licence
