About the opportunity

Finance & Corporate Services are seeking a Business Services Officer to join their team for a 12 month contract. The Business Services Officer is accountable to the Business Services Coordinator to undertake a broad range of administrative support tasks and activities which contribute to the efficient operation of the SA Power Networks Mount Barker depot.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely input and production of reports (eg, asset register, over time), rosters, registers and equipment.
  • Accurate and timely booking, recording and reporting of training to ensure compliance with National and SA Power Networks requirements.
  • Ensure accurate entry of time data including allowances.
  • Ensure accurate bookings, ordering and payments of goods and services.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping (eg, archiving, electronic and hard copy filing) 

About you

  • Prior relevant experience in a similar role supporting an administrative services function
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Competent skills in utilising designated IT software e.g. MS Office suite, SAP
