About the role
Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, Connections Officers are responsible for managing customer and technical requirements for projects such as new connections, alterations, isolations, and abolishments, as well as support services like Access Permits, Tiger Tails, and MEG connections. A key aspect of the role is ensuring that projects are scoped efficiently and delivered on time, meeting both customer expectations and SA Power Networks' high standards.
SA Power Networks is offering a permanent position for a Connections Officer to join the Customer Solutions team, located at the Barmera Depot.

About you
Your skills and experience will include:

Electrical trade certificate, or the equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a related position.

Project management experience is highly desirable.

Driver’s License (Class C).
