Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Executive Assistant provides high-level executive support and serves as the central coordination point for the Finance & Corporate Services leadership team. As a trusted partner to the CFO, it involves managing priorities, streamlining workflows, and driving clarity across key initiatives. Combining exceptional diary management, strategic facilitation, and executive communication, this position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and operates with the utmost professionalism. Beyond administrative support, the role is key to enabling the CFO and leadership team to achieve strategic objectives.

Your skills and experience will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related discipline and/or relevant skills and knowledge gained through experience.
- Substantial experience in supporting senior leaders or managing a leadership office (at least 5 years' experience in a similar executive support role is desirable).
- Advanced written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and edit high-quality executive-level documents.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, to effectively engage with internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in event and meeting planning/management, including collaboration with leadership teams, logistics coordination, agenda development, and follow-up actions.
- Familiarity with financial concepts, such as budgeting, tracking KPIs, and cost management is desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Current SA Driver’s Licence.
