Join our dynamic People & Culture team as a Pathway Programs Coordinator. This critical role supports the Organisational Capability Function in the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our Graduate, Cadet, and Intern Programs. With a focus on preparing participants for meaningful roles within the organisation, you will be instrumental in fostering their growth through skills development, mentorship, and strategic program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role and work in partnership with our Pathway Programs Engagement Partner in planning and execution of networking, marketing, and recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  • Design, coordinate and monitor training programs to meet participants' developmental needs and business outcomes aligned to strategic plans.
  • Manage rotation schedules and ensure participants gain well-rounded experience across departments.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, development reviews, and wellbeing checks for all program participants.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including educational institutions, to ensure program success.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program components using data and evidence-based decision making to enhance effectiveness and market competitiveness.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with external stakeholders, program participants and senior leaders across the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and organise effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Competency in project management and a strong understanding of learning and development practices especially within development programs.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Mandatory.
  • At least four years of experience in a learning and development capacity within a technical or engineering-focused organisation.
