About the role
Powerline Workers play a critical role in maintaining and restoring SA Power Networks’ overhead and underground electricity distribution network, helping connect South Australians to a safe, reliable, and sustainable energy future.
Working as part of a field-based crew, you will deliver planned and reactive network works across metropolitan and regional environments. This includes fault response and restoration, maintenance activities, network upgrades, and emergency response work to help keep power flowing to homes, businesses, and communities across South Australia.

We have multiple positions available across our beautiful state including Adelaide, Barossa Valley, Clare, Seaford, Wingfield, Mount Barker and Elizabeth.

Starting base salary: $101,494 AUD + additional allowances
About you
We’re keen to hear from Powerline Workers who have:
- Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Powerline or equivalent
- Current Full Drivers Licence
- Electrical Workers Licence
- A minimum of 2 years post trade working experience
