About the role

As a Customer Solutions Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale customer connection and asset relocation projects, working closely with customers, internal technical teams and external partners to deliver safe, cost-effective and high-quality project outcomes.

You’ll play a key part in the Customer Solutions team, helping us support major customer connections, enable business growth, and deliver the infrastructure needed for South Australia’s evolving energy future.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile, technically challenging projects and build strong stakeholder relationships across government, industry and the broader business.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Essential: 

  • Diploma in Project Management or equivalent experience  

  • Strong project management experience delivering complex or large-scale projects 

  • Experience in a relevant technical, infrastructure, or utilities environment (minimum 5 years) 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving capabilities  

Desirable:

  • Class C Driver’s Licence  

  • Experience managing contracts, budgets and project financials 

  • Exposure to the electricity, energy, utilities or major infrastructure sectors
