About the Opportunity 

The Safety Partner – Corporate is responsible for providing expert advice and strategic guidance on safety matters to our managers, leaders, and teams. The Safety Partner will be the first point of contact for all safety-related matters, offering advisory and delivery services that align with our business plans, legislative requirements, and company needs. 

Key responsibilities include providing technical safety responses to hazards, incidents, and injuries, with a strong focus on prevention. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and supporting teams to foster a mature safety culture. The Safety Partner will also identify and implement safety, environment, and wellbeing initiatives that contribute to a safe, high-performing, and engaged workforce.

Essential Role Requirements 

  • Diploma in WHS (or related field) or the equivalent level or skills and knowledge gained through experience.  

  • SA Driver’s License (Class C)  

  • May be required to travel Intrastate/Interstate on occasion 

  • May be required to visit worksites on occasion
