SA Power Networks is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of assigned projects in line with our Program Delivery Model and associated governance processes. Reporting to the Senior Delivery Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard across safety, cost, schedule and quality.

About the role  

As a Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, ensuring business requirements are met or exceeded while maintaining strong compliance with internal processes, contractual obligations and WHS requirements.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver projects in accordance with the SA Power Networks Program Delivery Model, associated processes and governance requirements
  • Manage all project phases to achieve outcomes across safety, budget, schedule and quality
  • Oversee variation management and ensure projects remain aligned to business requirements
  • Provide accurate and timely project documentation, schedules, forecasts and reporting
  • Monitor and manage contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms, WHS Regulations and agreed performance standards
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, procedures and systems
  • Participate in safety and risk management activities, including the Fatal Hazard and Critical Controls Program, safety inspections and audits

About you  

   To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A Diploma in Project Management or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through relevant experience
  • 5–7 years’ project management experience
  • A current South Australian driver’s licence (Class C/car)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
  • Strong skills in planning, reporting, contractor management and stakeholder engagement
  • A solid understanding of WHS requirements, governance and project delivery frameworks
