About the role
The HSE & Risk Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team of WHS Field Consultants, providing specialised Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk Management advice to the Substation and Engineering Services Department. The role ensures the highest operational standards of the organisation's HSE and Risk systems, meeting legislative requirements and achieving organisational HSE goals. The Manager collaborates with department leaders to implement robust work methods, safety practices, and assurance across major projects and maintenance works, fostering a positive safety culture.

About you
Diploma of WHS or the equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience
Significant experience in WHS practice in the building or construction industry
Leadership/Management competency through formal training is desirable
Driver’s license (Class C)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification)
